1931 Pickup

In May of 1931, a new all-steel box went into production. The box was larger and the sides, headboard and tailgate were made of heavier steel than prior years. A panel of 16-gauge sheet steel covered the entire top surface of the floor protecting it against wear. A canopy over the bed was introduced as well.
