Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Each product that we sell is made-to-order. We do not stock any item in a warehouse. Because each item is custom made, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind the quality of each item. If there is something wrong with the item that you purchased, we will replace it free of charge.

In order to receive a replacement, take multiple pictures from different angles of the item showing whatever is wrong and send it to with an explanation. We’ll figure out what went wrong and send a replacement. This replacement policy is good for five (5) days after receipt of the item.

We believe that these policies are fair and represent how we expect vendors to treat us.
